The Shire of Woodanilling acts as an agent for the Department of Transport , as such we are not permitted to take licencing enquiries over the phone.
90% of all licensing transactions can be done at our office by authorised staff, for example
- Drivers licence renewals, new applications & learners permits, additional classes, etc
- Vehicle, trailer and boat renewals, new registrations, transfers, all plate applications and retention, concessions, etc
- change of address,
- CTT and HPT Tests
Payment in person can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cheque (payable to the Shire of Woodanilling).
Computerised Theory Tests (CTTs) and Hazard Perception Tests (HPTs) are available from 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Although a booking is not required, it is recommended that you contact the Shire on 9823 1506 prior to arrival to ensure the availability of the computer.
Licensing functions are performed Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm excluding public holidays.
