Woodanilling Function Centres
Located within the Woodanilling townsite, Council provides various function centres available for hire to the public. Each centre offers unique aspects suitable for many different uses.
Woodanilling Council Chambers
Located in the Shire Administration building, 3316 Robinson Road.The chambers are temperature controlled which comfortably seats approximately 10 – 12 people to the board table. This centre is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, including crockery and cutlery for a medium meal.
In accordance to Council Policy hire of the Council Chambers shall be on the proviso that a Councillor or staff member be present at the meeting/function at all times.
Woodanilling Recreation Centre
The Woodanilling Recreation Centre has two indoor spaces suitable for a range of activities. The Recreation Shed is multi-functional for various sports, and the recently completed Pavilion is suitable for functions, meetings and events. They can be used individually or together for complementary activities. The Recreation Shed is 376m2 and is suitable for tennis, basketball, netball, indoor bowls, and badminton or as a large area suitable to seat a large number of people.
The Pavilion is ideally suited to functions, weddings, parties and exhibitions. This space can also be used for complementary activities such as workshops or meetings. The Pavilion space can also be used for your own special function, including formal and cocktail style dinners, audiovisual presentations, product launches and intimate weddings. AV equipment includes a DVD player. The pavilion has a fully stocked first aid kit on the wall in the kitchen and a portable first aid kit for injuries on the oval, etc. The Pavilion is fully air-conditioned with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and has a fully functional kitchen. The Pavilion is suitable for access by persons with disabilities.

Town Hall
The Woodanilling Town Hall was opened in 1911 and provides a large area for functions, with a timber floor suitable for dancing, a stage and fully functional kitchen.
The Hall is heated via gas wall heaters, and has ceiling fans for warmer weather.
The hall is suitable for access by persons with disabilities.

How to book a facility
Bookings will be managed by the Shire of Woodanilling. Arrangement for appointments to inspect the venue should be made 14 days prior to the booking.
No booking will be confirmed until a completed booking form has been received by the Shire. Booking forms can be found on the home page.
Block Booking and Booking Usage
Any regular user found block booking or not utilising the time booked for the use of Council Facilities will lose any unused booking time and may incur a charge for unused time.
