The Shire of Woodanilling is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant to CEO to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis.
The Shire is a small office network with many facets of local government functions that this position will be actively involved with. This position is an integral role with the opportunity to provide a high level of professional, confidential and efficient personal assistance and secretarial support service to the CEO and Executive Team with the emphasis on delivery of quality customer service.
If you have exceptional organisation skills, the ability to triage the flow of information, while managing your time and workflow priorities effectively. Confident in your approach, you will act with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Then we would like to hear from you.
This position will be required to undertake the Shire’s Department of Transport Licensing where the appropriate person will be trained.
