Landcare Equipment Hire - UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

The Wagin Woodanilling Landcare Zone in conjunction with the Shire of Woodanilling offer land preparation equipment  for hire.  They include two tree planters, a mounder and a heavy duty trailing ripper. The Equipment is located at the Woodanilling Shire Depot and needs to be booked in advance (at least 24hrs before) through the Woodanilling Shire office 98231506 or shire@woodanilling.wa.gov.au.

Conditions of Hire:

• Minimum Hire 1 day at $27.50 per day or part there of, payable at the Shire office at time of collection of equipment
• The machine will be collected and returned to the Shire of Woodanilling Works Depot between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm unless otherwise arranged.
• The machine will be strictly used only for the period of hire to avoid inconvenience to others.
• The machine will be inspected upon return to the Shire of Woodanilling Works Depot. Any damages incurred will be charged to the Hirer.
• Machine will be clean of dirt and vegetation upon return.
• High gear and lows revs will be used to prevent damage to the machine.

Equipment Available for Hire

	Chatfield Tree Planter Hydraulic. 60-70hp tractor required. Has ripper, scalping blades and tree planting functions, which can all be used independently of each other. Orange flashing beacon required (compulsory).
	Ripper Hydraulic. 100hp tractor required. Orange flashing beacon required (compulsory). Capable of ripping to ½ metre. Tractor speed needs to be kept low for best results.
	Bluegum Mounder Three Point linkage. 60-70hp tractor required. To collect need flat bed trailer or truck tray. Has 4 large plow discs and large press wheel to make neat mounds with furrow for tree planting in low lying or wet areas (ideal for valley floor planting). Needs to be ripped first.
	Woody Tree Planter Three point linkage. Any size tractor. Licensed trailer. Can use orange flashing beacon for transport.
